How can I place an order?

You can place an order online here ore you can contact us via email or phone to place large orders or to make any adjustments.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

Per request, we can send out corporate invoices.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

The earlier the better. We suggest 1 week in advance.

Can I make changes to my cake after I order?

You can make changes a week before your delivery/pick up date. Changes can be made by calling us.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours ) of your concern  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

 

Do you make cakes for people with allergies?

We make egg free, nut free, dairy free, & gluten free cakes. These orders need to be placed at least 1 week in advance.

How is a cake priced?

All cakes are priced based on type of cake, filling, icing, decorations, structure, and toppers.

If I bring you a photo of a cake can you make it?

We cannot recreate cakes exactly as any photo. All cakes are works of art and we all have our own different styles, tools, and methods of creating custom cakes. We will use any provided photos as inspiration.

Are all of your cakes filled?

Yes, all of our cakes are filled. You have a choice of one or two filling (additional cost for sheet cakes) in each cake you order. We do not do cakes unfilled.

Do you do fondant covered cakes?

Yes we can cover cakes in fondant as well as fondant decorations.

​

What color fondant can I cover the cake with?

You can do any color of the rainbow.

​

If I order a allergen cake can I cover it with fondant?

You can put fondant on top of gluten free, dairy-free, egg free & nut-free cakes.

Do you deliver?

Currently, we do not deliver. You will have to pick up your order in store. Keep in mind we only keep cakes 3 days after the agreed pick up date. Orders not picked up will not receive a refund.

Should I keep my cake refrigerated?

Most of our cakes can sit out in a cool air-conditioned room for up to 3 hours any longer than that we suggest refrigeration with the exception of whipped cream cakes they should most always be kept refrigerated
